Why is it the Denoon doesn’t want us to attend Feleciano’s Business Process Management trainging for Practice Solutions, next week? She hasn’t done crap for us. We should be offered the same opportunities as Practice Solutions. We shouldn’t have to sneak into the class. Feleciano’s materials and concepts are fabulous. Practice Solutions service & support managers have had an unfair coaching & mentoring advantage over us.
It’s no wonder their NPS score is better than our’s.
Feleciano’s team started projects the same time as Egbert. Practice Solutions is almost done while Denoon & Egbert fumble around.
Feleciano is providing Business Process Management, Strategic Planning, creating Balanced Scorecards, and Strategy Mapping to his team and Practice Solutions managers. We don’t get crap because Denoon & Edwards don’t have the knowledge and more importantly, the experience.
Something to say?
