I heard someone say this and I had to try it for myself.
If you are still drawing stencils because a thermo fax is out of the money picture you can make a stencil by using tracing paper in an ink jet printer.
You have to be really careful as it will smudge easy in the printer but I tried it, cut it out and transfered with green soap and it works great.
now if he is putting ink strait from a printer and then tattooing it into people he is going to hurt someone it is not made to be tattooed into the skin. most people use sprint master paper with has been made for this you use a dot matrix and use sprint paper. you do not use tracing paper and regular ink jet ink hes crazy. he has no knowledge of tattooing he never apprentice under anyone and is telling people that he has been tattooing for a year and he been doing this for years. he never even had art classes, no apprenticeship he self taught himself in 1 month the you guys gave him a license to tattoo what is going on do you really do not care a out us in RI most people will not go any further then to ask then if they are licensed. they should have to aprentice under someone for 2 years and have it in wrighting from the licensed tattooo artist that they have complied with him and should be abel to alpy for a license. you have to change the law for these new people they are going to kill someone and it will be your fault!!!!!
