Does your company have a policy on “sexual harrassment”?
what about “if they were good at the job”? - would you still take action?
I’m just curious; what would you say is your company’s policy on Managers who are “entrusted” to care for, to guide and protect their staff/team/careers-advisers… and then TAKE ADVANTAGE of them by getting them drunk (wining and dining) and then HAVING SEX with them (and on company expenses too)
And would there be a further moral issue if the manager was also a married man with a family, who was playing away from home and “taking advantage” of the company AND having sex with his young team members?
I’m quite sure my paper would ENJOY printing that story.
I wonder what else I could come up with if I did more research?

Suffice to say Steve has been boasting about his trip to Newcastle last weekend. He slept with Leanne Robinson and he intends continuing to do so by excuse of monthly reviews - on company expenses too mind!
I believe she is in Bristol next w/end for “company training” on Monday morning… I wonder where Steve intends being?
