It’s Alan at the leasing office. I am sorry to send this to your work email but we have tried calling you with no success and have sent an email to your gmail account which has yet to generate a reply.
There was an incident late this morning resulting in damage to both the exterior and interior of your unit #717.
A light pick-up belonging to another tenant in the community swerved suddenly to avoid striking our on-grounds golf cart and jumped the curb outside your patio. The vehicle entered the apartment via the patio entrance. There is considerable damage to the exterior of the building and moderate damage to the interior including personal effects of yours. Your couch was badly damaged as was a speaker for the surround sound system and your television and book case was damaged.
The interior carpet of your dwelling was badly damaged and an end table and light fixture are completely destroyed.
Rest assured we will begin quickly repairing the damage to your unit and will place you in offsite housing for the weekend or longer if need be.
Please contact us immediately, your presence is required to fill out out accident forms and some required insurance forms as well as a waiver stating you were not in the unit during the accident and suffered no physical harm in the incident.
Please see me as soon as possible, you can report directly to the leasing office and we will go to your unit from there.
I apologize to have to be the one to inform you of this, it is not something they provide training for. We will work with you and your renters insurance company to make filing your claims as smoothly as possible.
