Ever wonder why the Region of Waterloo ITS department is so inept?
They are not actually qualified for the jobs they were hired to perform. Check their CV’s and you will see that hardly anybody in the department has any required credentials for their positions. Well over half of the department could not pass a simple aptitude test if it were put to them. It is nepotism run amok.
Walter Gasparini lies to his clients re: the capabilities of the network. He overcharges for services not rendered, and is not qualified for his job.
Joe Staubitz is Walter’s henchman who exploits others for personal gain to support Walter’s corporate mafia. Most of the ITS staff are constantly looking over their shoulder knowing that they could and should be fired for gross incompetence, but they are artificially supported by Joe so that he can exploit them for personal gain outside of the office. Joe should and could be charged under the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
Andre Blom is Joe’s buddy and grossly unqualified for his position and is yet to perform a useful day’s work, despite gross allowances for holidays, etc.
Craig Crawford is Joe’s buddy and junior in training. He, too, is grossly unqualified for his position. He got the job because he can play baseball for Joe. Simple but true.
Mohammed Faheemuddin exists by taking credit for the work of Feng Hui and Rasheed. His own personal knowledge fails on a daily basis and the easiest of tasks are beyond his ability.
Jeremy Steinberg was hired by (and reports to) his step-father, Chris Horton. No conflict of interest there!
Barb Wagner is so underqualified, only a fool would ever expect DOCS to work. Her training is possibly good enough to answer phones, no more.
Jared was hired because he is Brenda Schmidt’s son-in-law and he needed a job. His technical expertise playing XBOX no doubt qualifies him enough for the ITS department.
The list goes on and on and on.
The gross inefficiency and wasted tax dollars make it impossible for any department who depends on the services of ITS to perform to an acceptable level.
