I like to report something that makes me very disturbed. I know the oneKorean Man. His real name is WON Min Ho (Last name WON). He is from thekorea and has visted Phils so many times. He stayed here so many years
( almost 10 years i think). He is very bad and not honest person. He hurt many here in Davao, but that is not the most problem.
He was blacklist from immigration for bad conduct and behavior in ourcountry. He was sent out; but now come back because he change spellinghis last name only. now he use name ONE Min Ho (last name ONE). He comeback to Davao beginning 2007 and leave last month go back to Korea.
Iwas be scared to report because he always say will hurt anyone trytouch him. That why I send private email message. I scared of him.
Anyway he always the one to boast he know so many people in theimmigration and they know he is really blacklist but no one care thatcause he the friend of them in the immigration office.
I knowhe not legal in our country, but he come and go like he want cause hechange only spell his last name. I dont understand why the bad foreinercan be deport from here and come back so easy. But he come back so easy
to philippines.
Now I find out he come back to philippines again this friday or satuday (december 7 or december 
i not surewhich, but they said he for sure come back that days.
I scared to report to immigration direct so that why I send private email. I notlook for the glory I just want justice our country against the bad
people. How we can grow our country if it so easy to let bad foreinercome and go like they like even they are already be to the blacklist.
Idont ask you believe me so easy, I just ask you do the news job andinvestigation and report. Maybe the immigration people listen to newspersons. I know no one listen to the poor one like me.
He description like this:he is about the 5″5″ or 5″6″ , slim build and has limp his right leg. He is wear the glasses and is about 41 or 42 years old. Theysaid he come in from the Korea and arrive to Manila or Subic and thenwill be fly to Davao. They said mostly should be Friday decemeber 7 but
maybe saturday december 8. Please investigation this and help ourcountries stop the bad foreiner come our philippines.
